Services for the UnderServed (SUS)—one of New York City's leading social service agencies—helps individuals and families faced with a wide range of challenges—mental illness, developmental disability, physical disability, AIDS, homelessness, unemployment, and poverty. The mission-based architecture of the new SUS website reflects the organization's service structure, and video "stories" from SUS consumers and staff members help to personalize the organization's mission.
